When materials in coin cells reach their target performance indicators, transitioning to commercial battery cells requires broader testing capabilities. This includes adapting to the shift from single-layer to multi-layer pouch cells and evaluating high-rate charge and discharge performance. Our multi-range equipment is designed to meet these evolving testing demands, ensuring precise current control throughout every development stage.

These devices are also ideal for small-scale formation and capacity grading, enabling researchers to collect reference data in the laboratory prior to establishing production lines. For standard commercial cells like 18650, 21700, and 4680, testing can be performed directly using the cylindrical holder on the tester. Batteries of other sizes and shapes can be connected via channel cables and clamps, all of which are included in the set and can be adjusted to fit specific project requirements.
